Police: Gunman kills 2 men in central Sweden
STOCKHOLM — Police say two men have been shot dead and a third person wounded by an unknown gunman in the city of Sodertalje, south of Stockholm.
Police spokeswoman Marie Olofsson says police are searching for the gunman but couldn’t give more details. The wounded person was hospitalized, she said.
Sodertalje is an industrial city about 30 kilometers (18 miles) south of Stockholm and the home to truck maker Scania AB. It has received worldwide attention for its acceptance of nearly 6,000 Iraqi refugees and is often nicknamed “little Baghdad.”
