2 men charged in deaths of 3 at Chicago-area home
DARIEN, Ill. — Prosecutors say a suburban Chicago man encouraged a friend to kill the mother of his son and her family over a custody dispute.
Twenty-eight-year-old Johnny Borizov and 23-year-old Jacob Nodarse are charged in the shooting deaths of three members of the Kramer family at their home in Darien.
Prosecutors in DuPage County say Borizov wanted Nodarse to kill Angela Kramer, her parents and brother.
Angela Kramer escaped injury. But her mother, 48-year-old Lori Kramer, her father, 50-year-old Jeffrey Kramer and her 20-year-old brother, Michael Kramer, were killed.
Borizov and Nodarse are charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Borizov faces additional charges of solicitation of murder.
It wasn’t immediately clear whether they have attorneys.
