Seattle police say mother and infant shot to death

SEATTLE — Seattle police say a woman and her infant daughter have been discovered shot to death in their home.

Police tell The Seattle Times that the bodies were found early Tuesday morning after the grandmother of the 13-week-old infant called police.

Officers are looking for 29-year-old Daniel Thomas Hicks as a person of interest in the case. Police say he was acquainted with the woman and they consider him armed and dangerous.
