Officials: 3 shot outside Camden, NJ; 1 dead

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. — Authorities say three people have been shot, at least one fatally, in southern New Jersey.

Jason Laughlin, a spokesman for the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office, says the shooting occurred late Thursday in Pennsauken, a Camden suburb.

Laughlin confirms that three people were shot and there is at least one fatality.

No further details were immediately available.

Pennsauken is a town of about 35,000 people, just across the Delaware River from Philadelphia.
