Prosecutor in Stevens case commits suicide

WASHINGTON — An attorney says a Justice Department prosecutor who was part of the team that convicted Sen. Ted Stevens has killed himself.

Attorney Robert Luskin says 37-year-old Nicholas A. Marsh committed suicide on Sunday amid an investigation into whether he and other prosecutors in the case against Stevens acted improperly.
