Stephanie Van Groll Complains Against Kenneth Kratz

CHILTON (GaeaTimes.com)- Stephanie Van Groll has complained that Calumet County District Attorney Kenneth Kratz sent 30 messages to her while he was prosecuting her ex-boyfriend for allegedly choking her. This news came as a shock to the other district attorneys of the state. However, Stephanie Van Groll lodged a complaint last year and it created lot of controversies where the other members of the court asked him to resign.

However, recently a reputed media source reported that Kenneth Kratz denied to resign from his post and will remain in office despite sending 30 sexually suggestive text messages to Stephanie Van Groll. The district attorney released a message on Wednesday where it was maintained that he was embarrassed about sending the inappropriate message. On then other hand Stephanie Van Groll said that she felt pressurized to have relationship with Kenneth Kratz and was afraid of him. The reason that she gave in was if she did not do so, then the attorney would drop charges against her ex-boyfriend who nearly choked her to death last year.

The District Attorney Kenneth Kratz, however, removed himself from the prosecution after he heard Stephanie Van Groll’s complaint. Stephanie Van Groll said that nothing really happened to the District Attorney even after she complained, on the other hand she had three days of hell. The 26 year old women expressed her anger to a reputed media source by saying that if it anyone else other than Kenneth Kratz did something like “this”, he would have lost his job. Stephanie Van Groll also added that Kenneth Kratz will not be charged for his misdeed because “they’ did not think that he did anything wrong.
