Judge could watch teen describe killing of brother

RISING SUN, Ind. — A prosecutor says he expects to show a judge the videotape of a southern Indiana teen guiding investigators through how he killed his 10-year-old brother.

The sentencing hearing for Andrew Conley continues for a second day Thursday in Ohio Circuit Court in Rising Sun.

Prosecutor Aaron Negangard said Thursday he could also call to the stand a psychologist who has examined Conley. That psychologist would testify about whether Conley was a threat to kill again.

Prosecutors are seeking a sentence of life in prison for the 18-year-old Conley. He pleaded guilty Monday to murder for the November attack on Conner Conley. The sentencing hearing is expected to take three to four days.
