A 16-year-old boy was shot in the head while sitting in a car around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
About seven minutes later, authorities found two teenage boys lying in the street with gunshot wounds in another neighborhood. Police say one died at the scene; the second was flown to a San Francisco Bay area hospital in critical condition.
