Kyron Horman Case: Grand Jury Investigating

PORTLAND (GaeaTimes.com)- A close friend of the stepmother of Kyron Horman, the seven-year-old boy who went missing last month, was subpoenaed to a courthouse in Portland, Oregon on Monday to meet a grand jury. The woman, DeDe Spicher made an appearance before the panel which has been involved in the investigation to find the location of the seven-year-old boy. According to DeDe Spicher’s lawyer Chad Stavley, she was questioned by the grand jury about her whereabouts the day Kyron Horman disappeared and was ordered to return on a future date. DeDe Spicher is a friend of the missing boy’s stepmother Terri Horman who is known to have stayed with her after Kaine Horman, the father of the boy filed for divorce after his son disappeared.

The police authorities have been thoroughly investigating the case to get a clue about the whereabouts of Kyron Horman but a suspects has not been named as yet. However, the boy’s stepmother Terri Horman has been under strict scrutiny mainly owing to be fact that she was the last person who saw the kid before he disappeared. Moreover, the boy’s father has also held his estranged wife responsible for his son’s sudden disappearance while citing that she might have a role to play in it in the divorce filings as well.

In the meanwhile, the parents of Kyron Horman has reiterated in a statement that DeDe Spicher had been uncooperative with the officials probing the case while also adding that she was close enough to Terri Horman to give her support and advise that might have been harmful for their son in some way. However, all these allegations has been dismissed by DeDe Spicher’s attorney.
