Aimee L. Sword Jailed For Incestuous Sex

PONTIAC (GaeaTimes.com)- 36-year-old Michigan woman Aimee L. Sword on Monday was sentenced by the judge of the Oakland County Circuit Court after she pleaded guilty of one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with her biological son. Aimee L. Sword has been handed over a prison term of 9 to 30 years. The lady was found guilty of having sex with her own biological son whom she gave up for adoption when he was only a few days old. On Monday during her sentencing Aimee L. Sword apologized for her deed in front of the court.
As per reports, Aimee L. Sword used to receive regular letters from the adoptive parents of her son. They also used to send a photograph of the boy to her biological mother. However, back in 2008, when her son turned 14, she did not receive a photograph of her son. She then searched for him in the Facebook and ended up making contact with him. Aimee L. Sword’s attorney Mitchell Ribitwer said to a media source that when the lady was her son in Facebook, “something just touched off in her- and it wasn’t a mother-son relationship”. It was more of a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship that grew between the two according to the attorney.
Aimee L. Sword was originally charged with four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with her son, but the lady pleaded guilty of only one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. The authorities however, maintain that the boy had confessed in front of them that they had sexual encounter multiple times both at a Grand Rapids hotel and also at Aimee L. Sword.
