Seven killed in China coal mine fire

HUNAN - Bodies of seven miners were recovered late Tuesday from a coal mine in central China where dozens of workers were trapped after a fire broke out in the facility, an official said.
At least 27 workers were trapped after a fire broke out around 2 p.m. inside the Lisheng coal mine in China’s Hunan province.
Rescuers retrieved the bodies of seven workers at about 10.30 p.m., an official said.
The search for the remaining workers is on.
Officials have launched an investigation into the accident.
