Police: Several shot at beer distributor in Conn.

MANCHESTER, Conn. — Authorities say several people have been shot at a beer distribution company in Connecticut.

South Windsor police Sgt. Scott Custer says several people were injured Tuesday morning at Hartford Distributors Inc. in Manchester, about 10 miles east of Hartford. He would only say that several people are “down” and did not say how many people were hurt or how badly.

Custer says his agency, police in other surrounding towns and state authorities have been called to the scene.
