ALLAHABAD, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- The Allahabad High Court wrapped the state government for a petition filed by a person who lashed out at her father-in-law for causing harassment to him. The father-in-law who used to be a judge, has also been accused by him of getting the family members mired in a false dowry lawsuit. The man Ved Prakash Mishra had a conversation with DIG DK Thakur after a gap of 8 years. His father-in-law former judge Vashisht Narain Shukla, has been accused of harassing him. He said in his appeal that he had to leave the home and his wife owing to the harassment. It was in 2002 that he had left his home and from that time he was staying in ashrams.

Ved Prakash Mishra who knocked the doors of the Allahabad High Court for justice came back after he came to know that his family members were arrested for alleged torturing of his wife. His wife lodged a complaint on June 13 based on which the Police arrested three women. The wife of Ved Prakash Mishra, Veena alleged that she was tortured for dowry by her in laws.
