Indian police today arrested a man who called up the senior officials in New Delhi and threatened to blow up the Parliament buildings.

Police said the youth identified as Kirti Singh was nabbed by Mairwa police in Bihar’s Siwan district while making threat calls.

“We have arrested the youth and his interrogation is going on”, a senior police officer Amrit Raj said today.

Police have also recovered a diary containing phone numbers of important officials from his possession.

The arrested youth has reportedly told the interrogators that he had called the officials at Lok Sabha secretariat to get a job.
