CALIFORNIA (GaeaTimes.com)- The Target stabbing incident is one of the most gruesome to have taken place in recent years in the United States. The incident occurred in a Target store in West Hollywood, when a woman, who has been identified by the police as Layla Trawick, entered the complex with a butcher knife and a steak knife. The police arrested the woman, but they were not able to do so before the woman had managed to stab four of the shoppers. According to witnesses, there was no apparent pattern in her stabbing, and she happened to attack at random. It was pretty obvious that she did not bear any personal grudge against any of the victims, which has led the police to believe that the woman was most likely mentally imbalanced.

One of the victims of the Target stabbing incident has been left in a critical condition, although the others are stable, according to the reports of the police. Layla Trawick has been identified as a young woman. At the time of the incident, she was spotted by the Deputy Clay Grant Junior, as wearing a flowery halter top and narrow pants, holding the weapons in both hand. Both the weapons were covered in blood.

The Deputy said that although he asked the woman to drop the knives, she only ran past him. It was only when he drew his gun that she dropped them, and then allowed herself to be handcuffed by the security officials. According to the reports of the police, she had a rather blank look on her face as she got handcuffed. It is being assumed that the Target stabbing case was a result of an imbalanced mind.
