New York (GaeaTimes.com) Gov. David Paterson does talk about domestic violence prevention but in action he actually takes the opposite route. What am I talking about? Let me tell you a real story first of all.

Terry Schindler Schiavo. This is the story of the Florida woman who decided to divorce her husband. One day, after an hour long intense arguments with her husband she suddenly and mysteriously sustained incapacitating brain damage. Her husband unreasonably delayed summoning medical treatments for her.

But any how after that incident Michael Schiavo sued her doctors and received a multi million dollars medical malpractice award. He quickly became guardian of her with the assistance of his lawyers. He never told his parents about the guardianship hearing. Michael Schiavo would inherit the multi million dollars after his wife’s death.

And Gov. Paterson has just signed a Bill to give rights of Killing Terry Schiavo to her husband’s hands and he killed Terry Schiavo this Tuesday, March 16 with the stroke of a pen. He says, he

could not be more pleased to sign this bill into law

How come?

The new Family Health care Decisions Act was signed into a law this Tuesday by Paterson. This law allows family members to make health decisions on behalf of patients who have lost their ability to make such decisions and have no advance directives regarding their wishes. The decisions may include withdrawal or withholding of life sustaining treatments.

Get the burdens out of the way, particularly if they are affecting YOUR quality of life.

This may be called the summary of the bill. May be David Paterson also wants to reduce the state debt by just killing them off who have become burdens in the nursing homes, receiving Medicaid.

The common law of the New York State is that life sustaining treatments cannot be withdrawn or withheld from any individual who has lost his capability to make such decisions.

But with FHCDA coming to act, Terry Schiavo could not live because her husband didn’t want her to live. Michael Schiavo decided she wouldn’t want to fed and hydrated alternatively as she told him so when they were watching a movie 10 years ago. However, her family and friends strongly opposed Michael Schiavo. They knew her the best.

When his lawyer told that more convincing evidence is needed, his brother and sister-in-law suddenly remembered that Terri told them that she wouldn’t want to live.

Initially Michael Schiavo tried to kill his wife by withholding the treatment and cause her death by septis. The nursing home interfered to prevent this because it was against law. Then he tried to kill her by withdrawing feeding tube without telling anyone of his family or parents. His attorney only notified them only when the judge balked in signing the order.

Terri Schiavo wasn’t in a terminal condition but Michael Schiavo denied her rehabilitation and therapy. He denied her interaction with the outside world to relieve his burden. Michael Schiavo wanted to kill Terri Schiavo and David Paterson has just signed the bill.
