2 agree to cooperate with prosecutors, charges upgraded for 1 teen in NH burglary murder

Indictments handed up in NH murder case
NASHUA, N.H. — Two of five young men charged in connection with the killing of a New Hampshire woman have agreed to cooperate with prosecutors as part of a plea deal.
Meanwhile, first-degree murder indictments were handed up Wednesday for the other three suspects in the killing of Kimberly Cates. One of the three was a teenager originally charged with robbery.
Stephen Spader, Christopher Gribble and William Marks have been indicted on first-degree murder charges.
Quinn Glover has agreed to plead guilty to robbery and other charges. Prosecutors will recommend a minimum 20-year sentence.
A fifth suspect, Autumn Savoy, will plead guilty to charges of hindering apprehension or prosecution and conspiracy. Prosecutors will recommend a minimum of 8 1/2 years in prison.
