BHOPAL - A jeweller was robbed of Rs.25 lakh and some gold ornaments at gun point in Madhya Pradesh’s Seoni, police said Thursday.

Kailash Soni, who owns a jewellery shop in Indore, had gone to Seoni on a business visit.

“He was robbed at gun point by three motorbike-borne armed men when he was about to leave in his car for Narsimhapur. They fled after snatching his bag containing Rs.25 lakh and some gold ornaments,” Seoni police superintendent N.S. Sikarwar told IANS over phone.

“We have registered a case of robbery and are looking for the culprits,” he added.
