Phoenix authorities probe possible child abduction
PHOENIX — Arizona authorities on Friday issued an Amber Alert in a possible Christmas Day abduction of a 5-year-old girl from a Phoenix apartment complex.
Police received a call around 2:15 p.m. that a child identified as Natalie Flores had been taken, Phoenix police spokesman Sgt. Andy Hill said.
The girl was described as 4-feet-tall and weighing about 60 pounds with red shoulder length hair and freckles. She was last seen wearing a pink top with blue stretch pants and pink and white tennis shoes.
The suspect is a white male, between 30 and 40 years of age, Hill said. He’s 5 feet 8 to 5 feet 9 and weighs 180 to 190 pounds. He was seen wearing a gray shirt and peach colored knee length shorts and was carrying a camera.
Witnesses said he was driving a brown pickup, possibly a Ford Ranger with an Arizona license 3HG-774.

PHOENIX (AP) — Authorities in Arizona are investigating the possible abduction of a 5-year-old girl.
Phoenix police Sgt. Andy Hill says Natalie Rose Flores was taken from an apartment complex Friday afternoon.
He says the suspect is a blond-haired man, 30 to 40 years old, who was carrying a camera. Hills says police believe the man was taking pictures of children at the apartment complex.
Witnesses say the man left in a brown pickup with an Arizona license plate.
Hill says investigators are preparing to issue an Amber Alert.
Natalie is 4 feet tall and weighs about 60 pounds. She has red, shoulder-length hair and freckles. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
