Senators Accuses Involvement of BP in Lockerbie

SCOTLAND (GaeaTimes.com) - Lockerbie Bombing victims are going to conduct a conference this Monday in Times Square. In this conference, a hearing will be held on last year’s release of the convicted person found guilty of Lockerbie Bombing.
On 21 December, 1988 Pan AM Flight of America was destroyed by a bomb killing almost 243 passengers and 16 crew members. This bombing, was suspected as a terrorist attack, caused death of 11 people in Lockerbie, in Scotland. As a result the death toll increased to 270 and this event is named as Lockerbie Bombing.
Al Megrahi, the convicted person was released by the Scottish Government after doctors said that Al Megrahi had prostate cancer.
The hearing was attended by four senators who asked the British Leader to investigate deep into the matter of Al Megrahi’s release. They revealed a possible involvement of oil giant, BP into this matter. But on investigating, reports said that BP refuses to talk anything about Lockerbie Bombing or Al Megrahi ’s release.
