Desiree Fontaine: Traffic Reporter Charged With Shoplifting

San Francisco (GaeaTimes.com) - Desiree Fontaine, the morning traffic reporter of WTNH has been charged for shoplifting after she allegedly tried to take a bottle of perfumer worth $104.98. The host of the famous TV show “Connecticut Style” On WTNH was arrested with six degree larceny. She has been released and has to attend the court on 7th July. The incident took place in Milford mall. The 33 year old reporter was confronted by security guards in that mall. It is very strange that a famous TV personality like Desiree is under criticism for all the wrong reasons. Desiree is not reachable for comment in this regard.

Ironically her famous show Connecticut style is based upon money saving tips to style & features. But shoplifting is not so much of a good idea of saving money at all. His channel WTNH, through news director Kirk Verner, has stated that they won’t comment on the personal matter of the employees at all. WTNH, the channel for which Desiree works is an ABC-affiliated television station for the state of Connecticut that is licensed to new heaven.

Desiree was arrested on Sunday when she was caught stealing some stuff from sears. She is charged with six-degree larceny which means that she has been charged for stealing items of worth $500 or less. It is really surprising that a noted personality like Desiree who not only has money but also the reputation would steal. It is suspected that she may have a disease named Kleptomania. She does not have any past crime record & she has done her job with excellence in five areas for the last 5 years. But this time it is really a big deal because not only Desiree but also his channel will has to face a bad impact. We have to wait to see how Desiree will manage her misdeed to make a comeback again to her professional life.
