Woman poisons four kin to death

A middle-aged woman in Bihar poisoned four of her relatives to death following a family feud, police said today.

Police said the angry woman, a resident from Samastipur district in north Bihar, mixed pesticide with pulses and then served the food to her entire family members.

Four persons, including her father-in-law, husband and two children died soon after eating food while the condition of two other family members is stated to be very critical.

“Four persons have died in course of treatment and the condition of rest two victims is also not good”, a police officer said today.

Police have arrested the culprit woman and interrogating her at the police station.
