SAN FRANCISCO (GaeaTimes.com)- Stage Actor Daniel Wozniak was charged on Friday of killing and dismembering two people, one being his neighbor. The two victims were Samuel Herr, 26, and Juri Kibuishi,23. Daniel Wozniak was Samuel Herr’s neighbor and police suspect that the murders were well planned and motivated. Daniel Wozniak is reportedly in coma at the moment after an attempted suicide. No formal statement has been released regarding his present condition. Daniel Wozniak lived three floors below Samuel Herr.

The first victim of Daniel Wozniak was Samuel Herr. He drove Samuel Herr on May 21 to one of the theaters where he had performed recently. Here Samuel Herr was killed and his body dismembered. The upper body was dumped at a training base and the head and limbs were dumped at the Long beach park. The second victim was Juri Kibuishi who was a friend of Samuel Herr. Daniel Wozniak sent her an SMS from Samuel Herr’s cellphone and called her to his apartment. Here he shot her in the head and set her dead body in the manner that she looked like a victim of sexual assault.

The motive behind the gruesome according to the police, was money. The case was broken when Daniel Wozniak was traced through the boy who withdrew money from Samuel Herr’s account on behalf of Daniel Wozniak. Daryl Wozniak, the father of Daniel Wozniak said that his son was a good person and very helpful to others. On Friday May 28, the day he was charged with the murders, he was due to get married to Fiance Rachel Buffet at Long Beach park in California.
