Youth thrown from running train for molesting woman, serious

A youth in an eastern Indian state was today thrown out of a running train for molesting a female passenger in public, police said today.

The youth was flung out from the train in Muzaffarpur district of Bihar state.

Police said the youth began molesting a female passenger in a local train which infuriated the co-passngers.

Angry passengers then caught hold of the youth and threw him out of the train near Muzaffarpur raiwlay station, leaving him badly injured.

Police said the injured youth was initially admitted to a local hospital from where he was later shifted to Patna Medical College and Hospital since his condition happened to be serious.
