Ben Roethlisberger Police Report Details

San Francisco (GaeaTimes.com) More than 500 Pages of Police Reports have come out on the Ben Roethlisberger case and more details have emerged from the reports released.

The Steelers quarterback was accused of sexual assault but Roethlisberger denied committing any criminal action and no charges were filed against him. The incident happened at a nightclub in the early morning hours of March 5 in Milledgeville, a central Georgia College Town.

According to the report dated 3/5/2010, the young woman said that Roethlisberger encouraged her and her friends to take numerous shots of alcohol and after that his bodyguard escorted into a hallway at the Capital City nightclub. The bodyguard sat her on a stool and left. According to her, he walked down the hallway with his exposed genitals.

I told him it wasn’t OK; no, we don’t need to do this, and I proceeded to get up and try to leave.

She said in the written report,

I went to the first door I saw, which happened to be the bathroom, and shut the door behind him. I still said no, this is not OK, and he then had sex with me. He said it was OK. He then left without saying anything.

She said that after the incident, she went out of the hallway where she saw her friends. They left the nightclub and went to the first police car we saw.

The accuser is a 20 year old female student at the Georgia College & State University. A friend of her told that she was dragged by her bodyguard to the backroom in the Capital City. The friend also said that she was extremely intoxicated and was not aware of what was happening.
