2 dead in shooting at Canadian car dealership
EDMONTON, Alberta — Police say two men are dead and another is wounded after a gunman fired shots at a car dealership in Western Canada.
Inspector Denis Jubinville said Friday that police responding to an emergency call at the Great West Chrysler Jeep in Edmonton, Alberta, found three males had been shot.
Jubinville says one of the two deceased is believed to be the shooter. The third has been taken to a hospital.
Police would not comment on the gunman’s motivation, if he shot himself or if he was a dealership employee.
No information was released about the other gunshot victims.
The owner and managers at Great West Chrysler were not available for comment.
Chrysler Canada officials did not immediately return calls for comment.
