SAN DEIGO, (GaeaTimes.com)- Police have ultimately found the skeletal remains of Amber Dubois, the Escondido high school student who went missing last year, according to the latest update. The Escondido Police department on Monday made the declaration that it is linking John Albert Gardner III with this murder. After one year since the girl went missing, it is for the first time that the Police Department of Escondido has reportedly linked the sex offender to the crime. John Albert Gardner III is also charged with rape and murder of the Chelsea king.

The police had discovered the skeleton of the teenage girl Amber Dubois last Saturday near Pala, which lies at the San Diego County’s northern part. Amber Dubois went missing last year while returning home from her school. Her sudden disappearance bears similarities to the way Chelsea King disappeared recently and was found murdered later on, buried in a shallow grave. The Amber Dubois missing case was lying on the sack and has again come to light with the Chelsea King murder case.

The Escondido Police department, which was previously skeptical of linking the two cases has on Monday came up with the statement that it is investigating whether John Albert Gardner III has any link with this murder too. John Albert Gardner on Tuesday is scheduled to make his first appearance in front of the judge in connection of the Chelsea King case. He had previously served six years jail term for molesting a teen girl from his neighborhood. Chelsea King’s parents want to get justice for their deceased daughter as soon as possible. With this new bit about Amber Dubois coming to light, the case intensifies.
