HUNTSVILLE, Texas, (GaeaTimes.com)- The probation period for Michael Sigala turned out to be a vehement killing session as the man charged for robbery killed a newlywed Brazilian couple and landed up on a death penalty. Michael Sigala would be the third Texas inmate who would be receiving lethal injections in March 2010. Following Michel Sigala”s trial, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to review his case and no new appeals were entertained in the courts on Monday.

Michael Sigala has been found guilty of fatal shooting Kleber Santos and his wife Lilian Santos. He broke into the Santos place, and got rid off Kleber Santos with a single headshot. He tormented the wife before making her strip and then tying her wrists with the telephone cord. Body evidences prove that the lady was being raped and tortured. Following the torture she was also shot several times in a row.

The dead bodies were discovered by a neighbor when Santos failed to show up at his workplace at a nearby cell phone maker company where he was into software management. Michael Sigala was taken into custody following the discovery of a camera that was stolen from the apartment and finally discovered at an Arlington pawn shop about 30 miles to the southwest. This triggered the investigations for the couple’s wedding rings, which had already been pawned in Dallas. Michael Sigala was no innocent even before this heinous act of crime. Michael Sigala has done it all and that includes thefts, burglary, marijuana possession and robbery. Adam Lay, who was being implicated in pawning of stolen stuffs, received 35 years of prison.
