IRVINE, CALIFORNIA (GaeaTimes.com)- The Irvine Police Department has reported that they have arrested a man under the suspicion of being involved in a robbery case. According to the reports of the police, the man hails from Rancho Santa Margarita. He has been identified as Jeffery Graham, and is listed in the documents of the police department to be 38 years of age. However, the police have not been able to recover the amount of costume jewelry that had been stolen. It is being estimated that the costume jewelry that had been stolen must be worth about $250.

Earlier, the Irvine Police Department had led on a search all through Thursday for the robber, who had been described by witnesses to be a man somewhere in his thirties, white in complexion, and with blond hair. He was identified as dressed in a gray t-shirt, and blue jeans. The search started after the employees of a store on Jeffrey Road sent up an alarm at about two in the afternoon. The store has been variously reported as a jewelry store and a retail store. According to witnesses, the robber had entered the store at around 2p.m, and told an employee, who tried to confront him, that he had a gun.

After the Irvine Police Department set up the search, they alerted all the residents of the area to stay indoors till the culprit is caught in order to ensure their safety, considering that the robber was believed to have a gun. It was believed that though he had escaped from the store, he was still present in that area. The Irvine Police Department used a reverse 911 system in order to alert the residents.
