AMMAN, JORDAN (GaeaTimes.com)- The latest news update of a suicide bomber who was responsible for the death of eight people in a United States base in Afghanistan is the declaration of his wife, who claims that she is shocked but proud of his actions. The wife, Turkish by origin, Defne Bayrak, commented that she was not very sure whether her husband, Humam Khalil Abu-Mulal al-Balawi, was an agent with some intelligence agency, but she was pretty certain that the death of her husband would not have been for nothing, and that he must have had good reason for whatever he did.
It had been suspected that Humam Khalil Abu-Mulal al-Balawi was the bomber who attacked the base of the United States in Khost. The bombing had killed eight officers of the Central Intelligence Agency. It had also resulted in the death of contractors, along with an army captain from Jordan. The police suspect that it is likely that he might have been a double agent, and that he had been recruited in one of the counter terrorism agencies.
The latest news update of the CIA bomber is that his wife has revealed that he must have had some reason behind his actions, and that she is shocked, but proud of what he had done.
