CHARLOTTESVILLE (GaeaTimes.com) — New evidences has been unearthed by police authority on Yeardley Love murder case. The evidence suggests that George Huguely, alleged killer and ex-boyfriend of Yeardley, got into a physical altercation with Yeardley just days before her death.

According to the search warrant affidavit, a source “stated that Love and Huguely were arguing and Love hit Huguely with her purse.” The witness also stated that when Love’s purse hit Huguely, all her stuff flew out of the purse.

Police have located and extracted fragments of an email which was exchanged between Love and Huguely a few days before Yeardley was found slain in her apartment. Huguely has confessed about stealing Love’s laptop and dumping it in a trash bin after her death.

About 2:30a.m on May 3, police responded to a call they received from Yeardley Love’s roommate who believed the 22-year-old lacrosse player had an alcohol overdose. But police said that when they arrived, Love was already dead and had signs of apparent physical trauma. Hours later, George Huguely was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in her death.

However, Huguely claims the tragedy which devastated Love’s family, friends, and the entire UVA campus was simply an accident.
