Supreme Court Debates on Vizconde Massacre Case

MANILA, PHILIPPINES (GaeaTimes.com) — Today Supreme Court en banc is going to decide the fate of Hubert Webb. The man is convicted of killing Estrellita Vizconde and her daughters Carmela and Jennifer. The debate is on the motion of Hubert Webb: whether he is guilty or not.
The debate among the justice will start at 10 am, lawyer Midas Marquez, court administrator and spokesman of the high tribunal said.
The decision might be announced by noon today provided, the justices agree on a decision during the en banc session.
However, he clarified that if there are a number of points that need to be clarified, the decision may once again be postponed.
