LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com) — Brian David Mitchell the man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting Elizabeth Smart after abducting her for 9 months was booted out from the Utah Court and the strange thing is that it is not the first time he has been booted off from a courts proceeding.

Brian David started to sing hymns half hour into the jury selection procedure. As he started to sing loudly and started to quote from scriptures. The event transpired as serious allegations like kidnapping and sexual assault were being leveled against her. He will be watching the proceedings from another room where a live video feed of the trial would be given. He was also denied the permission to wear the robes he was wearing when he was arrested in 2003. Her father said

Elizabeth would be appearing before court in the coming days. She has plans to fly from Paris where she was engaged in her Mormon Mission to Utah to testify in the case.
