Maoists kill three security personnel in Orissa

BHUBANESWAR - Maoist guerrillas Sunday detonated a landmine and killed three Special Operation Group (SOG) personnel in a remote rural part of Orissa, police said.

The SOG members came under attack in Govindpali area of Koraput dostrict when they were going to the neighbouring district of Malkangiri.

“Three people were killed in the landmine blast,” Anup Sahu, the superintendent of police of Koraput, about 500 km from here, told IANS.
