Four killed in Afghanistan bombing

KANDAHAR - A roadside bomb explosion killed four people in Kandahar province in southern Afghanistan Sunday, a doctor in the Kandahar main hospital said.

“Four dead bodies and 14 injured men have been taken to Mir Wais hospital in Kandahar city, the capital of Kandahar province,” Xinhua reported quoting doctor Mohammad Ibrahim.

The governor of Daman district Sarajudin Khan said a remote-controlled bomb had targeted the vehicle of a de-mining agency at 6.30 a.m.
