Tribal elder killed in Pakistan blast

ISLAMABAD - One tribal elder was killed and four injured in a suicide attack in Bajaur agency in Pakistan’s tribal area bordering Afghanistan, media reports said.

The militants often target tribal elders who support the government against them, Xinhua reported.

Bajaur agency borders the Kunar province of Afghanistan where Taliban militants have a large presence.
