Maoist surrenders, he is only 13

BHUBANESWAR - A 13-year-old boy said to be a Maoist surrendered Friday in Orissa’s Mayurbhanj district, and police insisted he was a guerrilla.

Superintendent of Police Dayal Gangwal said that Jatia Sidhu alias Vipin, from Gadhasahi of Keonjhar district, was a member of the Communist Party of India-Maoist and had been involved in a violent attack.
