FLORENCE (GaeaTimes.com)- Jeffrey Landrigan, the convicted murderer of Chester Dean Dyer was executed last Tuesday after an unidentified British company supplied one of the chemicals needed for lethal injections, the Arizona Department of Corrections spokesman Barrett Marson said in his statement.
