CBP Arrested 2 Sex Offenders at Dellus International Airport

DULLES (GaeaTimes.com) — Two sex offenders have been arrested from Dulles International Airport by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

One of the 2 offenders was 46-year-old Kehipo Bolou, who was arrested Monday after he returned to the United States from Belgium. Bolou is charged with third-degree sexual abuse of a minor. He’s an Ivory Coast citizen who lives in Gaithersburg. The other person, 52-year-old Robert Binford of New Castle, Del. was arrested by CBP after he arrived from Kuwait. He’s charged with failure to report as a sex offender.

Other than these 2, nine more people were arrested at Dulles in November on various charges.
