Patrick Wills Withheld Sentencing a 72 year Man Charged with Molesting a Child

MANITOWOC (GaeaTimes.com) — Manitowoc County Circuit Judge Patrick Wills has kept back sentencing Robert J. Hodgson. Hodgson is a 72 year old man, living in Manitowoc is found guilty of physically abusing a 4 year old girl. He parenting the child as a foster father when he molested the poor girl. The guilty is placed on a probation for 10 years on the charge of sexually assaulting of a child.
The criminal reports suggested that the child complaint her father about the sexual abuse that made the father to lodge a complain. Surprisingly Hodgson admitted his heinous crime and the District attorney general suggested a rehabilitation for the 72 year old man along with the jail sentence.
What do you think of this kind of people? Do they deserve any form of humanity? I think they should be given severe punishment to let them realize that their behavior causes so much turmoil in the innocent child’s mind.
