Maoists blow up building

BHUBANESWAR - Maoist guerrillas have blown up a newly built school building in Orissa’s Malkangiri district a day before the country’s independence day, police said Sunday.

Explosives were used for the Saturday night attack in Manyamkonda village, about 650 km from here. No one was injured, a police officer said.
