Colombian Army offers $1.3 mn reward to informer

BOGOTA - The Colombian Army will give $1.3 million in reward to a former guerilla fighter who revealed the location of four abducted security men that led to their rescue, Xinhua reported.
Army Commander General Oscar Gonzalez said Wednesday that the former guerilla will receive the money for giving details of a rebel camp in Guaviare in southern part of the country, where the hostages were kept.
The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) had abducted three policemen and an army soldier.
