Four killed in Iraq twin bombing

BAGHDAD - At least four people were killed and 25 wounded in two car bomb explosions in the centre of the holy Shia city of Karbala Monday, police said.

A booby-trapped car parked near a restaurant in the al-Baladiyah neighborhood in central Karbala, some 110 km southwest of Baghdad, went off around midday, Xinhua reported quoting the police.

The second blast followed in about 15 minutes when another car bomb went off some 200 metres from the site of the first blast.
