West Bengal CID team visits razed camp

KOLKATA - A West Bengal Criminal Investigation Department team Thursday visited the Eastern Frontier Rifles (EFR) camp that Maoists stormed Monday killing two dozen security personnel.

The team, led by Additional Director General of Police Raj Kanojia, studied the ravaged camp at Shilda in West Midnapore district.

“We came to review the scene of the crime,” he said. “We have collected some important samples from the spot.”
