BUFFALO, N.Y. - Authorities are now questioning whether a man charged with murder is the suspect in a shooting outside a downtown Buffalo restaurant that killed four people - including a Texas man who was celebrating his first wedding anniversary in his hometown - and wounded four others, a prosecutor told a newspaper.
