Bomb at police recruitment centre in Tikrit kills 14

TIKRIT - A suicide bombing outside a police recruitment centre in the Iraqi city of Tikrit killed 14 people and wounded 35 Tuesday.
A security source said the bomber blew himself up outside the centre where hundreds of young people were lined up outside.
Tikrit, where the explosion took place, is located about 170 km north of Baghdad.
