Man from Adams Drive Arrested for Connection with Shelton Car Accident

SHELTON (GaeaTimes.com) — A person named Nicola Urbani from Adams Drive was arrested last night on charges of stemming from a fatal car accident which took place on last April.
Bradner Cameron, 52, of Shelton was killed on April 30, when his 2005 Ford Escape collided with a 2004 Chervolet Silverado which was driven by Urbani. Urbani avoided arrest by going into hiding for more than 6 months and turned himself in only when a warrant was out for his arrest.
The Shelton Police Traffic Division Reconstruction Team then launched an investigation with the assistance of its counterpart in Trumbull, ultimately leading to Urbani’s arrest.
Urbani was charged with manslaughter in the second degree with a motor vehicle; operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and several drug-related offenses.
Urbani has been released on a $50,000 bond and he is due in Derby Court in January 3.
