KABUL - Three people, including the attacker, were killed and four others were injured Friday in a suicide bomb attack near a military camp in Kabul, Xinhua reported.
A vehicle-borne attacker detonated an improvised explosive device (IED) near Camp Julian in Kabul Friday, the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) said in a statement.
The statement, however, did not reveal if there were military or civilian casualties, saying “more information will be released as it becomes available”.
An Afghan security official requesting anonymity said the attack left three people dead, including the bomber, and injured four others.
The police have cordoned off the area after the attack, even as the rescue teams rushed to the site.
No group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
