Cake Boss Arrested for Sexual Assualt of Teenagers

NEW JERSEY (GaeaTimes.com) — Remigio Gonzalez, who is the brother in law of “Cake Boss” host Buddy Valastro has been arrested with the charge of sexually assaulting teenager. Gonzalez, himself is a cake decorator of city hall bake shop and was described as one of the best cake decorators on the television show “Cake Boss”.

Cake Boss is popular show that airs on TLC network. The show is based on the Carlos Bakery in the Hoboken, New Jersey. The bakery is run by the host Buddy Valastro ( the shop’s owner), and his family, that include his retired mother, four sisters and three brothers-in-law, one of them being Gonzalez. So, with the arrest of Cake Boss Remigio Gonzalez, the reputation of the show has been very much affected.

The Florham Park and East Hanover Police Departments arrested Gonzalez on August 18, 2010 as they found evidences of sexual molestation against him. Reportedly, Gonzalez has been charged with two counts of first degree aggravated sexual assault, two counts of second degree sexual assault, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of third degree aggravated criminal assault and some more charges of these kinds.

On September 7, Gonzalez will be presented in court in Morris County.
