S. Calif teacher gets 2 years for sex with teen
BURBANK, Calif. — A former Burbank teacher has been sentenced to two years in state prison for having sex with a 14-year-old boy for several months.
Thirty-three-year-old Amy Beck was also ordered to register as a sex offender, but she could be released in 10 months with credit for time served.
The mother of three kept her head down and was silent during her sentencing Friday in Burbank.
Beck resigned from David Starr Jordan Middle School a week before she walked into a police station in March and confessed to having a six-month relationship with a former student that ended in September. She said she was guilt-ridden.
Beck, the wife of a Los Angeles police officer, pleaded no contest in March to unlawful sexual intercourse and committing a lewd act on a child.

Since she was attractive. Happily married. Mmmm. Sounds like too easy of a life in my opinion. What she needed is a good spanking when she was younger. I’m sick of hearing about poor me. I was depressed. Had bipolar. Etc. Last I checked most people are not sexual when depressed and don’t seek out 13 year olds to have sex with. Sure I think it was about power but I also think she has princess syndrome and has been spoiled her whole life and thought it was cute to see if she can get away with it. Most attractive womam unfortunately can even her husbnand is staying with her. How pathetic. Let’s give her mother of the year award shall we? These women are anti normal. They have everything is the problem. Get over it. Go do missionary work in africa then you won’t have time to think about orgasms with 13 year olds and other insane behavior. I say we stop this double standard and give her 10 years of boot camp. Then she can cry us a river. I guarantee the circus would die down. |
